1. Information We Collect

Identifying Information

We collect information that may reveal or allow others to identify your name, business name(s), business address(es), personal credit score, email address(es), telephone/mobile number(s), or other aspects of your life and business information.

Your identifying information is voluntarily provided by you through an online form, over the telephone, or any other means in which you interact with our services.

Financial Information

You voluntarily provide us with your financial information that could include your personal credit history, personal credit score, business transaction history, and other credit/loan products and creditors. One Park will use this information to process your application with our affiliated, preferred financing partner, McKenzie Capital, or with a third-party trusted business partner.

Online Reviews and Feedback

If you voluntarily provide us with an online review or feedback, we may collect your name and email address and any other content you send to us. By submitting an online review or providing feedback to us, you agree that One Park Financial may use your email address to contact you about your review and other administrative purposes. You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any online review for which compensation was provided to you or granted consideration by any third party.

Information from cookies and other tracking technologies

One Park uses cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies to record your preferences, track the use of our website and collect information. We may use the information collected to determine how we could improve our website, products and services. Please note that most internet browsers are automatically preset to accept all cookies. If you choose to disable this function some areas of our website may not function properly.

4. Cookies and Do Not Track


One Park uses cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services, allowing the third party to track your online activities over time and across different sites when you use the websites.

Some or all browsers may not respond to Do Not Track headers or requests.

We will verify the individual’s identity by submitting a request to access or update personal information before submitting any update is made. Be sure to include your current telephone number in your request.

One Park may not accommodate your request to update your personal information if we believe the change(s) would violate any law or legal requirements or cause the information to be incorrect. Should we deny your request, we will communicate our decision to you.

6. How We Protect Your Information


We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. The transmission of information via the internet is not entirely secure, nor is any system; therefore, any personal information you willingly provide us is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on our website, nor guarantee that your information or other communications will always remain secure.

7. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule (“COPPA”)


One Park Financials’ products and services are not intended for individuals under 18 years old. We do not knowingly solicit data online from or market to individuals under the age of 18. If we knowingly receive personal information from an individual under 18 years of age without verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, we will delete the information.

8. Marketing and Advertisement

At times, we may use third-party tracking technology used to target advertisements to you from our trusted business partners. To opt-out of advertisement targeting, please reference the “Personal Privacy Settings” section to view your options.

9. Email Opt-Out Guide


One Park Financial and our trusted business partners may contact you to offer products and services that may of interest to you via email. To opt-out of receiving this type of email, please send an email to optout@oneparkfinancial.com with “STOP” in the subject line, or write us at:

You must include in your request:
  • your full name,
  • business name(s),
  • business mailing address(es),
  • email address(es) (if sent via mail), and
  • account number(s).

Once we locate your contact information based on the information you provide us, we will remove you from our mailing lists within 7-10 business days of receipt and share your request with our business partners. We are not responsible for our business partners opt-out policies. One Park Financial reserves the right not to honor an opt-out request. If we deny your request, we will communicate our decision to you.

You can also click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of certain emails sent by our business partners or us.

10. Text Message (“SMS”) Opt-out Guide


If you receive a text message from us that contains promotional information, you can opt-out of receiving future text messages by replying “STOP,” “QUIT,” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the message you receive. You may receive a final confirmation message after a successful removal from SMS promotional messaging. You acknowledge and agree that One Park Financial is not responsible for a Provider’s failure to follow your or our instructions to stop contacting you.

11. Personal Privacy Settings


Most computer systems and browsers offer their own privacy settings. We encourage you to use them to enhance your personal choices. Most browsers’ advanced settings allow you to disable cookies; however, some site features and services may not function as they are intended to if you do so.

Your mobile phone, tablet, or any other mobile device may provide functionality in its settings to limit the use of the advertising ID associated with your mobile device. Reference your device’s manual or contact your device’s manufacturer for more information.

You can use privacy plug-ins or privacy browsers to block our websites from setting cookies used for interest-based ads with the possibility to configure them to block third-party cookies and/or trackers. One Park is not responsible for using privacy plug-ins and cannot guarantee the legitimacy of them. Should you decide to use privacy plug-ins or privacy browser(s), some site features and services may not function as we intend them to do.

You can use any of the below opt-out options in addition to those options outlined above:

If you choose to add yourself to the National Do Not Call Registry, we may no longer be able to provide you with our services. While we strive to honor all requests, there may be instances where we may deny your request if the law permits or requires us to do so.

If you choose to add yourself to One Park’s internal Do Not Call List, and we cannot verify you from the information you provided adequately, we will not honor your request. It is at our sole discretion to not honor opt-out requests. Should we deny your request, we will communicate our decision to you.

We reserve the right and discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time and without any notice. 15. Notice to California Residents


One Park Financial and its affiliated, preferred financing partner, McKenzie Capital, do not provide merchant cash advances in the state of California at the time of the writing of this Privacy Policy. One Park remains committed to transparency; therefore, we provide California residents this California Consumer Protection Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) Notice to explain how we collect, use and share personal information and the rights and choices One Park offers California residents regarding our handling of your personal information.

This notice applies only to California residents whose interactions with us are limited to:

  • Visiting our website
  • Signing up for email communications and/or text (“SMS”) alerts

The CCPA requires us to verify the individual's identity who submitted a request to access or delete personal information before One Park Financial submits a response to the request.

We do not discriminate against California consumers. At any time, you can ask us to delete your personal information that we have collected from you. Note that the CCPA limits these rights and limits the circumstances we must comply with within a request to delete personal information.
