Thanks to its long-standing commitment to creating a rich work environment, One Park Financial continues a six-year streak as Miami’s “Best and Brightest Companies to Work for.”
COCONUT GROVE, FL. - One Park Financial, a leading working capital provider for small and mid-sized businesses, has again been recognized as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in Miami® by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). This is the sixth consecutive year that One Park Financial has received the award, setting record high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and excellence in operations.
The Best and Brightest competition identifies and honors the top employers for developing a distinctive company culture that shows an ongoing commitment to their employees. This year, more than 300 companies participated. Each entrant was assessed by an independent research firm on their performance in categories such as work-life balance, diversity, retention, and other employee-centric matters. Only 42 companies were selected as top employers. One Park Financial is proud to be among them.
