Keira was trying to do two things at once: pursue her studies and be there for her grandparents as their health declined. Without a car, both felt impossible. She was young, still finding her financial footing, and the weight of having to choose between her family and her future was, by her own words, heartbreaking.
She refused to accept that this was just how things had to be.
"Now I don't have to choose between my family and university. I can do both."
When the Dreamweaver program came through, it did not just give Keira a car. It gave her back something she had been quietly losing: the ability to show up for the people she loves without sacrificing the future she is building. The smiles on her grandparents' faces when they see her pull up are, she says, something she cannot put into words.
For someone at the beginning of her journey, that kind of support from a company does more than solve a logistical problem. It builds confidence, it builds hope, and it sends a message that her situation was seen, taken seriously, and worth acting on.
At One Park Financial, no one should have to choose. And now, Keira does not have to.
