In 2022, One Park Financial donated boxes of professional attire to support the church's "Career Closet Clothing Ministry," an initiative designed to provide professional clothing to individuals preparing to enter or re-enter the workforce. For many job seekers, having the right clothes for an interview is a barrier that should not exist. This initiative exists to remove it.
Beyond the clothing donations, One Park Financial collaborated with the church to create a brand-new custom banner to help spread awareness about the other community outreach programs St. James Baptist Church operates year-round , from food distribution to additional support programs for Coconut Grove residents.
